CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT
RENTAL
The exhibitor agrees to offer only the products and services as described in its registration form.
Exhibitor agree not to sublet his space or any part of his booth.
Remember that all exhibitors and products displayed in your booth must be officially registered with the Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert. Any other product or service presented (not mentioned in the registration form) must obtain prior written authorization from the management.
Exhibitors offering tastings agree to use only compostable materials and to obtain a valid temporary event sales permit from MAPAQ, if applicable. We will provide you with suppliers and permit forms (in the logistics section of the guide) once your participation has been confirmed.
The exhibitor agrees to be ready for the opening on all days of the exhibition and to be present until closing time. He undertakes to begin dismantling his stand only after the Expo has officially closed. He also undertakes to occupy only the space reserved for him within his site, and not to encroach on the aisles for the presentation of products or services.
The exhibitor agrees to receive email communications from the organization for the follow-up of his file.
The exhibitor agrees to respect and apply the sanitary measures that will be in effect during the event.
The organizers of the event reserve the right to move exhibitors according to the evolution of the concept.
The organizers (Expo Manger Santé inc.) reserve the right to refuse any exhibitor whose products and/or services are not consistent with the Expo themes.
By participating in Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert, you agree that you, your team and your booth may be photographed or filmed on site. You also agree that Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert may use these images and videos for educational and promotional purposes in television, print and digital media.
INSURANCE
The exhibitor shall be liable for any personal injury or material damage to himself, his team, his space and booth, his products and visitors in front of or in his booth during the set-up, holding of the event and dismantling attributable to fire, theft, earthquakes or any other cause beyond the control of Expo Manger Santé inc.
Neither the Palais des congrès (Montréal), nor the Centre des congrès (Québec), nor Expo Manger Santé inc. cannot be held responsible.
It is therefore your responsibility to obtain a general liability insurance policy for your presence at Expo in the amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000).
The exhibitor’s proof of insurance must be sent by email to info@expomangersante.com at least 15 days prior to the event. Should the exhibitor fail to provide such proof, he automatically agrees to waive all rights of recourse against Expo Manger Santé inc.
CANCELLATION beyond our control
If L’EXPO MANGER SANTÉ et VIVRE VERT 2026 cannot take place or continue due to fire, strike, riot, pandemic, flood or any other cause beyond the control ofExpo Manger Santé inc, Expo Manger Santé inc. cannot be held responsible and will reimburse exhibitors for amounts invoiced less a handling fee of 15% or more, depending on the date of cancellation. At the exhibitor’s option, the amount to be reimbursed by Expo may be retained by the organizer for use at the next edition of Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert.
If the exhibitor has not paid the amounts required to cover the management costs incurred by the cancellation, the exhibitor will receive an invoice to this effect payable upon receipt.
CANCELLATION POLICY BY THE EXHIBITOR
Less than 8 weeks before the event: the administration of the EXPO MANGER SANTÉ et VIVRE VERT 2026 retains 100% of the rental fees.
Between 8 and 10 weeks before the event: the administration of the EXPO MANGER SANTÉ et VIVRE VERT 2026 retains 50% of the invoiced fees.
More than 10 weeks before the event: the administration of the EXPO MANGER SANTÉ et VIVRE VERT 2026 retains 15% of the invoiced fees.
ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE 2026
No payment or bank details are required at this stage of your application.
- Once your account has been created and your form has been completed and submitted (see link below), you will receive a copy of your answers by e-mail. We will process your application and availability and contact you by email if your application is confirmed. There could be a delay in response, given the number of requests to be processed. Contact us if you have any questions.
- Invoice and payment: Once your registration has been confirmed, you will receive your invoice by email. Your first payment must reach us within 10 business days after receiving your invoice. After this period, we reserve the right to release the reservation.
- Assignment of your booth number. Given the current situation and in order to optimize outreach for all, there may be some delay in confirming the exact location of your booth even after the invoice has been sent.
