What's included / dimensions
A RENTAL IN MONTREAL INCLUDES:
- The space is 10 feet wide by 8 feet and 6 inches deep.
- A rigid stand of 10′ white panels. wide x 8 ft. high.
- The gray carpet to cover the floor in the booth.
- Corner booth: Two tables of 2′ X 6′, 30 inches high with white tablecloth draped in black and 2 chairs.
- Regular booth: One 2′ X 6′, 30-inch-high table with white tablecloth draped in black and two chairs.
- A small trash can and a composting service for soiled tasting materials.
- Your company’s name on the top of the building’s facade.
- 8 credentials for the first standard or corner booth, and 4 per additional booth for you and your team.
- Your listing on the Expo website, with a link to your website.
- Free pallet transport service from the unloading dock to the booth during setup.
- Free storage of dry goods.

- A wall of windows in the room that lets in natural light.
- The entire brightly lit lobby is designed for visitor comfort and relaxation.

You are not permitted to share your booth with a company that is not officially registered.

An exceptional, eye-catching visual impact. You provide your own banner, and we’ll hang it at the top of your booth before you arrive. Your banner must not exceed the width of your booth and must be equipped with a crossbar with grommets so it can be hung from above.
There is an additional charge of $100 for tubular or square structures.
Each banner, along with its size and location, must be approved in advance by the administration to ensure that it fits in with the overall look of the trade show.
